Once upon a time there was a merger between two entities
leading to a scenario that boasted of a loyal mature customer base that would
happily accept any new offshoots that this new merger had to offer.
Within a year of the merger was launched a first corporate
.It had met the expectations of all attributes needed by the market place .It
enjoyed its first mover advantage .This corporate was adored by the mature
customers and enjoyed equal appreciation from the merger entities .Leading to dominance
and exhibition of aggressive traits, due to being the sole player in the scenario. However, within
a year emerged the second corporate bringing a softer angle to the game now.
This corporate had more appeal and knew how to flexibly find
the way by appealing to the decision making influencers. This lead to the first
mover feeling left out and shouting against gender inequality. The new entrant however, had impacted too deep whereby the
merger parties would have disagreements over choice made in the favour of any of the two corporates .
The merger however was too strong and within a span of 3
years of the launch of second corporate came the birth of a third corporate. This
third corporate on witnessing the business scenario resolved its fate to
god.
The first mover with this deep hurt paced to mark its
territory with a sound backing of the mature customer base. It chalked its
strategies wisely .The second mover had a niche ,it had a hold over the influencing decisionmaker .Thus leading to the
two corporates getting a larger pie of
the market place .
This constant ground level dynamics pushed the third
corporate to look at being the NGO .NO GRUDGE or OFFENCE and making a decent
share of the leftover pie.
Unexpectedly within a year however in this saturated market
place a fourth and decidedly the last launch was announced.
This being agreed as the last entrant, had advantage of
being considered as the one that had to be accommodated "COME WHAT MAY!" .The
privilege and care of a late entrant was meted out to thee.
Every new corporate is born with a vision This too must have
had,but having seen the market scenario learned to adapt the fastest .
Competiton was not an option, coexistence was the key. Hence a freelancer kind of corporate working and supplementing on project basis
was adopted .Not market share but survival was the motto.
On relating this to my experience with my childhood. I think
I now know "how corporates are born !"
