We all know
that finally it all boils down to economics and numbers .
But ,as a person on
the other side, my humble word of advise to these tailored course makers is rather
that making the generation JOB READY make them- LIFE READY too, by
adding relevant skills .
Over the
last two decade,I have interviewed, trained and groomed many.
At times, also
gone back to check their credentials .
Reason -they
were (seemingly) JOB READY.
Let us cross
your heart and answer .Have the jobs, industries, challenges, senarios and
situations remained the same ?
Then, if you
are grooming these recruits ,more emphasis should be on skill sets relevant to
life skills like Adversity Quotient ,Emotional Quotient and more... to adapt to these rapidly changing
uncertain times .
