If any one was to give me a morsel or a rupee in my time of acute need ,I will be indebted to the giver for life .
The people king gave up his life .To negate all evil or negative of his people .( with such pain and they not even asking for it) This happened on Friday hence Good Friday
And 2 days later he rose to eternity ,hence Easter Sunday.
I guess the rejoicing today is more to see him not suffer in body and realization that all are cleansed .Also a commitment that his values will be carried forward.
I donot believe this sacrifice is limited to a religion we all remember this with great respect.🙏🏼
